Bolton Wanderers v Aston Villa

A late kick off today as Bolton play the villa at a freezing cold macron in a 5.30pm kick off in front of the sky cameras. The extra 2 and a half hours to kick off only adding to the tension for me having to watch the scores go in. Normally a good atmosphere in a late kick off but it's blooming cold out. Winds swirling and it's always that bit more cold in lostock. Villa on a run of 5 wins out of 8 look certain for the play offs will be looking to close the 7 point gap on Cardiff not playing in 2nd. Bolton as it stands 6 points clear of the relegation zone need a win as not won in 4 although that includes 3 hard fought for away draws. Team news. Can't find any! Scoured the net nothing. Presume no fresh injuries. Wonder how pp will set up today. Will brown to start after his injury time goal last week and Alf dropped the one change? Just adds to the tension of the day. What will pp do? Expect anything.

I thought about diversifying but with Ken naming a stand after a rival product in exchange for cash after I refused his first offer for my money he's got a long way to go before I open the sideboard secret compartment to give him any of my surplus dough.
Plus of course dumping all those surplus sales brochures on my mums manicured lawns didn't go down to well either.

That's torn it
Ken's popped up to ruin the peace and quiet on the mini break with mention of his magic 20k again. Getting greedy now is Ken not only does he want a £30m lump sum he wants £3-4m every year on top.

I wish him luck. It's small change for you. Just think about the Pasty stadium. It sounds appetizing to me.

Go for it.

Ken's super discount sale is coming that should help him out he might lower the amount required for the begging bowl with a bit of luck once he's totted up the proceeds of his super sale.

I hope our young strikers aren't top of his list.

Big top of the table result for the U18's winning 2-1 at Brum young Politic scoring the winner that's both younger teams winning and doing well while the 1st team had a rest.
Now over to The Beano who will kick off the hype and get all giddy in preparation for the return of the 1st team.

The youngsters are really showing the way. Hopefully, we can keep hold of them and develop them into star players.....................................................................................So that Ken can sell them on? Now that would be a pity.

I see Adam Armstrong has scored 12 goals for Blackburn since departing the Macron. He wasn't enamored with PP's defensive play.

I don't suppose he's the only one but if we survive, that will be massive after our late start.

Good players can adapt and play in different positions. Armstrong really needs to get over it. He hardly bust a gut to get up with the attack the way ameobi and Buckley does. A striker of his size has to adapt to different formations.

Adam's dropped a league and has a different boss up the road we've had this before when a manager shifts a player from his preferred position with one or two managers they have done well playing out of their preferred position with other managers it fails.
So what's the answer the manager or the player I'm going with the manager having the eye for it knowing and seeing the potential to do well and knowing those it would fail with.
