It must be something serious if Boyata gets in the side in front of you.


It’s called Brendan wasting money on Shiite.

boyata has had a mare of a recent run.
dont think he should have started against rangers having not played for so long.
hindsight is wonderful and probably to man on here each has posted "having experience of a celtic rangers fixture is huge" or words to similar effect

boyata is not part of what i hope to eventually be a sound central defense but in saying that over the course he is actually the best on the whole for the last few seasons

star in the defense during the invincible season

Strange thing is that both boyata and simunovic are capable of top performances and equally capable of absolutely horrific displays.

Unusual to get two defenders like that at the same time.

Just hope that Boyata goes to the World Cup with Belgium somehow. Looks good v Panama and some daftie thinks he is great so signs him

Boyata probably will leave and he won’t be a great loss, played well on occasions but he’s a bombscare the majority of the time.

Ajer is first choice centre half now and with Jozo, Hendry and Compper all vying for the other spot then we will likely offload one or two.

Boyata has demonstrated beyond all doubt that he is a bombscare on a par with, or even worse than, Efe.

He can gtf and the sooner the better 👍
