And yes you cannot attack someone for being fat, if was overweight and a stranger called me fatso then yes that is wrong !! I would never walk up to stranger and name call them regardless of what I think. We cannot simply label things just because of our perception. that is ignorance

No worries man, as i said I know your sentiments behind your comments and such and in no way I am saying there is any racial agenda with yourself,clearly there is not however people need to be empathetic towards others.

I think that's the route of the 'problem', that everybody should be free to speak about this subject, openly, and in jest, currently it is such a taboo subject that things are so heightened.

just for laughs there's a story at the moment where a "all white girls lacrosse team" has been seen singing some song which contains the word ni&&er and people are outraged! I mean seriously copying the lyrics of a song with that word is deemed unacceptable?

Kaz, you see, that word, isn't acceptable IMO for a white man to use, regardless of any banter that happens, however when in my car rapping along to Dre, or Jay-Z, its very difficult not to say the word... this is acceptable.. I give a couple of my mates a lift home after training (both black guys) - they would be more offended if I left the word out whilst rapping along... that is acceptable.

I honestly believe that this race thing has gone totally ridiculous, instead concentrating on 1, banter remarks, 2, AJ bantering 'superior black race', white chicks singing alone to lyrics... this that and the other, we should speak about stuff openly, that's they way to beat racism...

I said above that I really don't think that there are any racist comments, only meaning behind them. I would totally hate it if my mates stopped calling my 'slim shady', or whiteboy, or pikey, in case I got offended. the fact is I'm white, how am I not a whiteboy haha.

I showed this thead to my mate the other day, (a black guy), we brought up the fact the football association has said that they must have a percentage of black managers... isn;t that more racist to even mention it?? - my mates comments were fantastic, I'm still laughing now, I can't really say what he said on here, but you get the gist haha...
