What happened to shooting with insteps so many players if not all consistently use the sidefoot when instep would produce stronger shots ,harder to stop with more rebounds More like a passback than a shot often Any reason for this I was taught "Pass with side foot shoot with instep

surely it is scenario based
instep certainly more powerful
