Wolves v Blues Match preview [LIVE]

On Sunday 15th April Wolves welcome Birmingham City to Molineux. The game has a 12.00 kick off time and will be played in front of the Sky TV cameras.

So finally after an incredible season for Wolves players and fans alike, we arrive at the point where promotion to the Premier league can be assured. A win for Wolves will not be a gimme with Blues fighting to stay in the Championship, however the capacity crowd and thousands of Wolves fans worldwide will be willing their team on to take the vital, final step into the promised land.

Birmingham, currently in 20th position in the league have had a poor season. Managed previously by Steve Cotterill who was โ€“ to say the least โ€“ ungracious in his previous comments about Wolves, comments which did little to win any respect from Wolves fans. Now managed by the more pragmatic Garry Monk, Blues will undoubtedly come out fighting however in their last two games Wolves have swept aside promotion contenders Cardiff and Derby and it is clear that the players are in no mood to delay the start of the promotion party.

Gemโ€™s prediction: 3-0

This may seem an odd question, but how does the likelihood of you and baggies passing each other in the night feel?
Of course you would’ve wanted to play/beat them next season in PL, but now...could be sometime before you meet again!
Bittersweet or just sweet?
