Can't we just agree it was the ref's fault?

Never a sending off, Zaha fouled MA first.

Never a penalty, Benteke played for it.

Surely Thorney can add some more so we can see we were robbed.

Any concern that I have over any member of our club, is purely down to it possibly affecting the future of my club. Surely this is all of us?

Of course it is, it just seems to be lines drawn over what is best for the future.

Down to the Owners to make the decisions though, I trust them, they've got little wrong so far even if I've not always agreed with them.

The best thing to happen for all parties is probably for Puel to go now.

For me, it's a wasted opportunity to actually progress our style of play. But it's not working, the tactics aren't working, the players aren't trying and the club is a mess. It's a shame as I feel Puel had the potential to make a success of it, I think he has many of the right answers but it's clearly not going to happen so let's cut our losses.

I do feel sorry for Puel, he's made mistakes but I think he's been let down by some of the players - many of whom let Ranieri down too. Puel would probably be successful somewhere else, but I don't think it will be here.

Got little wrong? They’ve been getting it consistently wrong since the title win with their decisions. This is further proof.

Whether we keep Puel or not, we are going down next season. We are a shambles - Lineker as already said that

What I don't understand is why do you think the players have let him down?

He had us flying at one point playing the @Leicester Way with a few tweaks then inexplicably started to change things.

I can honestly say, hand on my heart I have never seen a Leicester team not trying going all the way back to when Pearson sorted them out, not good enough sometimes but Foxes never quit.

The heart has been ripped out of this squad, they probably aren't good enough to play Puels way, most Leicester fans knew that before he came so why persist with tactics totally out of their quality control.

I 100% blame who ever is responsible for this, I assume that is the Manager, depends if he is just a patsy and yes man for someone else.

Play to the squads strengths, tweak it and evolve AS and WHEN you get the players suitable to play a new style.

The manager is brought in by the owners and DoF - so where does ultimate responsibility lie? They need footballing people advising them - that was the case when they first appointed Pearson

Whilst im all for puel trying to bring in a new style of play
As a manager he,also has to see where its not working and solidify what he has,
Simpson drogavic McGuire fuchs would have at least gave him a solid back line for this season and yet persisted with chilwell and anyone willing to try right back,
In midfield he lacked a second defending player and never went with 3,
And tried every combination up front
But the kids are not ready for 90 minutes in the premier league
But make good impact subs even at half time,
Yes the squad has missing player's for what he wants to do but a good manager adopts

Puel has certainly changed our style of play, I'm not sure I'd call it progress. It feels like this has been coming for weeks. We've been predictable, turgid and devoid of ideas for a while – as it seems has Puel, constructive ones anyway.

Surely this has to be P45 time?

I thinj you are right Foxello, his vision does have potential. But I just don’t see any progression in the short or medium term, which means completely investing in that long term ethos/plan. That in itself is a risk because it is steering away from what we have built and will include 3 or 4 new players coming in and having to bed quickly for it to work - in fact, we’ve seen that if it doesn’t work quickly, not only will we not be where we want to be in the league we may be in trouble of saying in the league. I just feel he is so focused on the future that he is not recognising the affect on the here and now.

If we were in an American type franchise where there is no relegation then obviously that long term plan is more substainable without as much care for the immediate future - but we aren’t.

I completely agree we need to expand on our play, possession, tactics but a while ago said it should be still built around existing foundations and combined with quick attacking play at times, with Athletico being amuch better but good example to refer to. But even if he wanted a different style of play the best thing he could do (and I really do want him to do his best and achieve because that means my club is doing well and we have a stable manager not a sacked one) was to ease off a bit at the end of the season with the changes to at least get himself into next season and position where he could instill these changes. But he has ploughed on with the changes and things have just got worse and worse. I truly believe that he perhaps is just passionate about his vision and maybe a little overzealous but I imagine it may just come across to the owners like he is stubborn and not reactive enough to arrest problems - which would be issues in any line of employment. Perhaps we do have limited players and they are unmotivated and not giving 110% but surely you utilise the tools you have correctly and purchase new more advanced tools if you want to adapt the quality or style of job you are performing - at the minute, he is trying to force a screw into a plug that doesn’t fit. Ultimately, I think he is more focused on his vision and style being a success rather than making what we already have a success in the short term whilst looking to purchase further resources and I think, unfortunately, it may be this focus/single-mindedness/somewhere in between (dependent on your view point) that may be contribute to his demise
