plans for next season

I was gutted/angry after last weekend. A week on and some perspective has kicked in. Everyone was telling us that top 4 would be a real struggle playing at wembley, i even heard pundits saying we would finish 7th or 8th! top 4 not quite secured but with our fixtures we Will be fine.

So onto next season. Toby is gone, hopfully 50 mill psg, if to another English side has to be at least 80. Danny rose is gone to, if we can get close to 50 mill for a injury prone/horrible little C i will be ecstatic. That will raise approx 100 mil. Now onto Dembele and Wanyama, tough 1 because i think these 2 when played together have been great for us the last 2/3 seasons. I would hate to see wanyama at utd or lpool so i would keep. Dembele, ship him off to a slower league and he can cruise the last few years of his career.

Signings then, we need a dynamic lb imo. Davies is fine against 70% of teams we play, but when we play top teams i feel we need more. Same with tripps to some extent. I am hoping Aurier will have a poch pre season and kick on, the raw materials are there with him. CB, Not maguire! I like Tah from Germany, Johnny evans will be sneered at, but for 3 mill he would not be a regularly but has great pl experience and is better than people think. Dier can always drop back if needed. Cm, 1 big signing needed here, not Gomes! I would like Diarawwa from Napoli or someone in that mould . I do think in some games next season we could play with Dier sitting on his own and then Have Ericksen a bit deeper. Am we need 1 player. I would go Zaha or Marhez but If we could get bale that would send a message. Just worry how fit he is. Then we need a back up/ option to go with 2 up front, not sure who but for me would need to be strong and pacey.
