There was when I went there ten years ago! I've moved on from Benidorm now though. Kavos is where it's at now!

That’s the wrong way round. Kavos when you are young, Benidorm when older!

Gamer will be over by 10.00pm (barring ET) so the schedule could go something like this:

6.30pm - Evening guests arrive
7.45pm - CL Final KO
8.30pm (prompt) - First Dance (no more than 15 mins)
9.30pm - Final Whistle. Wedding party begins.

When hubby is watching the game the wife can go round thanking everyone without the embarrassment of the groom drunkenly thanking everyone. It's a win win situation!

If there are any guests that is. I certainly turned down the invitation and I'm sure many others did also.

Of course I'm not! And just in case she got the idea that I was staying home watching the game with the son whilst she went out, I already booked my mum in.

So I've given her the option - out with me and some mates to watch the CL final or go to a wedding nobody wants to be at. She's still undecided

It's a midlife crisis Baz! Actually I've done all those 18-30 type places 15-20 years ago. Now it's northern Corfu (quiet), Turkey, Mexico etc for us. Never when there's an important game to miss though. Never!
