You are right that it is a bold move, Stoopo, and I am as pleased as anyone that not only has Heckingbottom been replaced, but we now have a manager of international status. That is awesome and very exciting.

But there's only a rizla between bold and reckless, no?

Maybe he meant turnover to wages ratio? We are probably quite low on that basis.
