Strange isn't it. Mbappe and Sammon are remarkably similar players, and yet one seems to get all the headlines........

Similar in that they both have legs, Mbappe isn’t fit to polish Sammons 50p head.

I expect Forest to be at the top of the table by September, their few fans to be all over our board until the inevitable slide down the table.

I really don't know about us, depends on who Frank can bring in. I do expect us to be less of a counter attacking side and have more possession. I also expect us to play with a target man and box to box midfielders, not rely on the Hudz' long punts up the wings.

Getting a little concerned by lack of signings given that the season starts four weeks today

I'd have thought that any major signings would benefit more from a full pre season with the rest of the squad. I can only think that we are waiting to move Vydra on first and/or things are happening behind the scenes we are not privy too

I was told 2 week ago that Palmer and Abraham was virtually a done deal but beginning to doubt that now

Bush, I think it all hinges on Vydra, as you say I reckon the deals are done but the club can’t finalise or announce them until the Vydra money is in the bank.

England - Everythings a bonus from now but unless we suddenly rocket forward with confidence then can't see us getting past Semi's. Hope i'm wrong.

Derby - I'll be happy with top 10, players going out, not much coming in and Franky not really having a full pre season with the players. Unless there's some massive changes I won't want us to go up (I'll still be cheering though)

Should be fun with the Forest fans either way this year and some might actually engage in 'bantz' instead of whining all the time

My expectations

England - grown from 1/4 finals to a heroic defeat in the final

Derby - solid top six, perhaps a little flirtation with top two for a part of the year!

Forest - struggle early on but finish strong and maybe steal a playoff place
