I agree Southgate did pretty well with what he had - do think last night, and against Columbia, he waited too long to change things when the tide had turned in each game and we were under a lot of pressure though.

Obviously they over achieved in reaching the semi. But equally expectations changed as the tournament progressed, and given the way the first half panned out we should really be in the final.

Desperate lack of creativity in the middle. Will Dele Alli ever regain his form of a couple years back? Also not a dig at all, genuine question to United fans - what is Rashfords delivery normally like? Needed it whipping into the box a few times yesterday but instead was more floated in, so easy to defend against.

Should have taken Alli or Lingard off rather than Sterling. One he was gone England went from hopeful to hopeless. With all that hoofball I though I was watching Salford Rags play at times.
