Nope. It's not as big a gap as some are suggesting it is. Definitely think VVD is better right now for sure and more along the line in development but Maguire has potential too.

Interesting to note VVD didn't register a single PL goal last year either. I thought he was supposedly lethal in the air? Apparently not.

You see that Barca announced to be the first team to set off on a combined pre season tour with the mens and ladies sides?

Then people kicked off on their twitter once they noticed all the selfies the women players had taken were in economy seats on the plane and the men in 1st class

Club responded by saying they decided to combine the tours after 1st class seats were all taken, and have ensured the girls get 2 or 3 economy seats each to be able to spread out

I am confused about what to be appalled at. Shall I be appalled that it's PC gone mad or should I be appalled at the sexist treatment of the women? I think I shall just go with being appalled at not knowing what to be appalled at.They cancel eachother out, it's appalling.

Just a bit of a poor PR exercise, they posted a combined 'team' selfie from first class before they set off. Then sent the women packing back to economy, before being rumbled by weird Twitter stalkers who noticed from the individual players photos they were all sat in economy.

I would love Tripper, but after the World Cup I think that ship has sailed.

Before the WC there were some Spurs fans saying then still need a replacement for Walker. I think those doubters have been put to bed.

Wouldn't be surprised if Jones or Smalling were going the other way. Maybe even offer them TFM on loan, Leicester would certainly be a good place to add to the parade experience last year.
