I agree that Lennon was actually trying to cover for Commons being dropped, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were some unhappy players in the dressing room including him.

Why the unhappyness in the dressing room? Is that in general or just today? Is it lennys ma management style?

there was a roumer that lenny had commons by the throat after st j game but never heard anymore about it

wouldnt surprise me tho lenny has always had high standards remember him roasting mcgeady at fulltime whisltle yrs ago we won 4-1!! but it was 4-0 till last minute and mcgeady was at fualt for there goal in injurytime lenny almoast hit him!!

hope commons sorts it out we need him big time now

Because a lot of the players who have helped Celtic get out of jail in many games: Mccourt, Commons and Stokes are constantly ignored in the manager's plans, whereas people who constantly let the club down: Samaras, Loovens and Majstorovic are rewarded with starting places in big games. I would be unhappy as well.

Can't understand why stokes was left out, got a wee bit of a scare when he came on. As for commons good player when fit. Mccourt seems to be a mavrick genius.

Not that I would start all three of they players, MrEdu. Just think they should deserve to be on the bench at least and have done more for Celtic than Sammy, Glenda and Maggie.
