Several French and English news outlets are reporting Martial was offered to PSG for 80 million euro but PSG didnt want him.
Is United actively trying to sell Martial? He hasnt returned yet from being with his wife and kid. Story might have legs. Something is off otherwise he would have returned to the squad by now.
If you keep him, you might end up with a player who doesnt want to put a shift in. Unless him and Mourinho come to terms.

Maybe, but there is still a chance Martial is on his way out. Although it seems the price tag is too high.
