How ironic.
The survey you posted doesn’t state where the people who answered it live, yet you in your infinite wisdom decide that it’s worldwide without a shred of evidence to back it up?
=======
So it doesn't state where the people who answered it live, then you don't know its not world wide.

It was probably online so we can reasonably extrapolate it to world wide level.

This is as simple as a sub atomic equation in quantum astrophysics mate.

A sample size can be 1, 2, 10, 4000, 50000 or any other amount, so we don’t have to ask another 4000 people how many Liverpool fans on here they think are cretins. Do you think 4000 is the required number to be used for canvassing opinions?
=======
A sample size must be big enough and 4000 seems the minimum for a world wide extrapolation. Also, the poll you are challenging here did 4000 fans so you have to do at least 4001 fans to make any headway.

You alone vs this poll of 4000 fans as a world wide indicator. Hmm. What a quagmire.

Where is your proof that the survey backs up your “worldwide” claims?

Can you find it or can you just admit you got a bit excited and threw that word in unnecessarily?

Where is your proof that it doesn't?

Applying Occam's razor we find that the simplest solution tends to be the right one so yes, it can be extrapolated to world wide status.

Theory isn’t proof.

It was you that wanted to disprove but you failed miserably and instead you are asking me to prove simple logic instead.

I won't be the fall back for your failures my friend.

You got all boastful about the survey, so much so that you didn’t actually bother to read up on where those who responded to it reside.

It could have been UK residents only, it could have been anywhere; you don’t know, nor do I. So at this point you can’t prove that it’s a “worldwide” representation, you’re just hoping and assuming it is to try and save face.

You were too eager to boast about your fans and you got it all twisted, so you’re trying to convince yourself that logic is fact.

Good luck at Uni.

Why would I need to prove its a worldwide representation when that's not what I said.

You're not very good at maintaining a train of thought, are you?

I said to extrapolate the figures to cover the world. Big difference.

Try again.
