It was neither. It was a league match. If we do badly then there’s a chance we get relegated to League B. If we do well then there’s semi finals, final and possibly a trophy. Euro qualifier places are up for grabs as well, but the teams in our league would expect to qualify automatically to be honest

To make it even more confusing, I thought the Nations League was supposed to replace friendlies. However England's next fixture, against Switzerland is a friendly.

Yeah I know - it’s mad. It doesn’t replace all the friendlies but there will be a lot less of them now

Scotland quite rightly got a bit of stick from England fans last night.

Quite right cos we're not very good.

We lost to #2 FIFA ranked team.

You lost to #9 FIFA ranked team.

Who were totally rank at FIFA18.

Didn`t see the game last night, absolutely no interest in these meaningless games that are interrupting all the domestic seasons across the world. I enjoy the World Cup, even the Euros, but this sort of nonsensical money making tournament is not for me.

Total and utter waste of time. Looking forward seeing Spurs beat Liverpool this weekend however.

Rashford wouldn't get near the England team if he played for Watford.

In fact he wouldn't get near the Watford team either.

Watford's Troy Dini is a far better striker than Gashford and Vardy,he's a Birmingham City fan so should get into the England squad just on the back of that!
