Foxy i'm with you about how vile this place has become anyone who supports the manager is either is idiot and a poster can say what he want's without Admin taking any action.

Nev, do you know much money and time it would cost to apply to the court for court orders to request IP address details for someone online and then subpoenas to actually process the court case and this is all if it doesn’t get thrown out at the first hurdle!? You’d be better filtering and donating the money to LOROS or something

Unfortunately there is much worse said online which goes unpunished

Of course he knows. He is making the whole thing up. Admin once told me that Nev made up the fact he complained about a user on this forum - he has previous for saying things that aren’t true to try and frighten other people

He’s hoping I’m stupid enough to think you could successfully prosecute someone for insulting you on a football forum. It would cost him a fortune to do it and he wouldn’t stand a chance. He can’t prove there has been any damages for a start, not could be prove beyond reasonable doubt that what I said wasn’t true
