For that reason he won't be going to Arsenal. They can't offer him realistic chances of winning the PL or the CL or even participation in the CL.

And they won't be able to offer him the most money. Arsenal fans need to temper their expectations around signings to the current reality of 50m per year budgets while West Ham spend 100m

Errr no.

The £50m budget was specific to this year because we had spend £200m in the previous year incl £110m on just two strikers. That meant we had reached the premier league imposed ffp limit on wages.

Arsenal can spend more than most clubs. I would say only Man City and Man Utd can outspend Arsenal.
