VVD had treatment on pitch and then off. Shaqiri was our best player and it was his first game. So he didn't need to be rested.

I read Shaq was taken off for tactical reasons
VVD was hurt in the stomach and was walking fine at the end of the game and reports said nothing to worry about

Thought we were well below our best today, I know we haven’t hit the heights of last season yet, just hope we can keep winning whilst playing this average.
