and his multi faceted formation,
same team as last week v the toon, but a much harder test,
the toffees are not going to sit back and watch our pretty passing games,
personally i'm still not convinced we are heading in the right but today could see that doubt extinguished
but still see us winning 2-1

I thought he shot Richarlison the way he rolled around.

Sometimes you have to draw the refs attention when he becomes card shy.

Disappointing being the home team v a team with a few dodgy results lately and below us in the table, that we could only manage 2 shots on target, Pickford spent most of the game leaning on his post smoking an Hamlet. Still thats progress for you, or maybe its all Wez fault.

Thar was entirely down to Claude. Dreadful performance.

I've been quiet for over 3 years , I'm struggling to identify with this Leicester Team, and have come out of retirement to air my views , we are not going anywhere with Puel in charge.

Don’t be silly, it could have been different yesterday. We had no striker as such and Vardy missed a few chances. Was close and a moment of magic settled it in our favour

I think it’s fair to say he’s seen a lot more of Leicester than you have recently. Anyone with half a brain can see he’s not just referring to yesterday’s match in isolation

You give a compliment and have it thrown in your face. Fair enough, can only give my opinion on what I see. Do you expect to show more when you sell/lose the best players? I know from experience, you don’t improve at our level when losing players to the big clubs.

We actually aren’t struggling attacking wise. We are scoring more than we did when we had Mahrez last season, we look more of a threat with Maddison in the number ten role than a tightly marked Mahrez out wide
What I will say is that Mahrez had the ability to pull something out the bag when the chips were down, but the reality is that we were horrendous for much of the last part of last season with Mahrez in the side. We’ll probably finish in exactly the same position without him.
In the past 3 years we have sold two big players we didn’t really want to, but kept pretty much everyone else (including Vardy and Maguire) but the reality is it’s not really about that. It’s the fact that the title win presented an opportunity to cement ourselves as a top 7 club which we’ve wasted through mixed recruitment (Slimani, Musa etc), poor managerial decisions (Shakespeare) and because we aren’t going anywhere as a club, we will probably lose the kind of talent we used to be able to keep

Fair play with Vardy staying, he keeps being the main man. Maguire didn’t arrive as a top player, but the last 6 months maths he has steped up, expect a move this coming summer as he develops.
But other than looking for 6/7th at best is what teams like Everton and Leicester can hope for....apart from the season of the perfect storm for you lot.
