We've had best or second best defence for last 3 seasons and we've had very very poor players by our standards in defence and midfield. Dave has been an absolute rock for us. Incredible keeper.

He's not been as good so far this season but maybe the world cup hangover is still there and also he must be getting pretty sick of playing for us. Hurts saying that but it's true. He deserves so much better than what we're serving up each week.

Now "it" seems weird and scary to me!

I think he’s excellent and also overrated, which is quite a rare thing!

By that, I mean what he does, he does brilliantly. However, I do think, particularly over the last few seasons, United would have benefitted more from Schmeichel in goal than De Gea. I think the latter is a brillliant shot stopper, whereas the former was better at making sure a shot didn’t even come in in the first place - by controlling the defence in front of him and coming out from his own line a lot more often. That enabled the defence to push a bit higher up the pitch, something United have struggled to do for a while now. Whilst part of that is down to their central defenders, there is a bit that’s down to what’s behind them too.

Once he leaves United he won't be World Class.

Last season was his best since 12/13 season.

DDG busiest seasons were 11/12 12/13 17/18 season. 13/14 14/15 15/16 16/17 he had very little to do and 18/19 season he has had a few games were he saved virtually nothing while we conceded 3 goals a few times.
