Celtic 4 v 2 Hibernian

Pleasing, very pleasing.

We look to be hitting top form at a crucial point in the season, our big players have finally shown up to the party and in the wizard of Oz we have our match winner.

I’ve only seen the highlights but even from them, it’s a miracle we didn’t score 7 or 8, I’d hate to have seen Lennon if we did, such an angry wee man but he’s got Hibs playing good football and his signings have been excellent for their level.

Going by the match reports and people’s commentson twitter, Edouard, Forrest and of course Rogic were the standouts.

Disappointing to concede 2 goals but I’ll take that if we create 24+ chances a game. A few stats from our last 2 games

Played 2

Chances created - 49
Goals scored - 10
Goals conceded - 2

Much better and long may it continue as we go into 2 big games this week. Sunday being the most important, a defeat on Thursday is expected and I’d settle for a 1-0 defeat right now to allow us a chance of a better head to head in the return game in 2 weeks.

Sunday will be a cracker but both teams likely to be missing key players so it will be slightly different from that game at Tynecastle and I fully expect us to be right up for this one.

Speaking of sausages, got 6 square slices out the butchers on Saturday morning, flooking things were like a sirloin each, had to let them rest after cooking them.

Murrayfield hotel is a good shout NNH

That was a cracking afternoon the other year before the Legia shambles - sorry I mean the Legia 3-0 win

I've still not decided the best mode of transport. Drive is the easy option if I can get parked somewhere. Train or a supporters bus are the other options

For all its woes Edinburgh (at least up until recently when I was living there) is fairly open for parking on a Sunday, single yellows are fine outside of old town and George street. It'll be murder getting in, though I'd suggest M80, 876, 9 rather than M8 for coming through to avoid the worst of it.

What was your favourite goal?

Rogic's top corner pass, kamberi rasper or Eduoards berkgamp esque touch and finish?

Ntcham's wasn't bad either.

Rogic shades it for me for the quality of the first touch then the finish.
