On Saturday Wolves travel to Brighton to face the Seagulls at the Falmer Stadium.
Having received an eye opener at Molineux last Saturday courtesy of Watford who ran out well-deserved 2-0 winners, the wolf pack will be looking to bounce back with a positive result.
Last season, each time Wolves lost a game they hit back with a positive result and they will be looking to do the same again here.

Brighton have had a pretty tough start to the season having faced Liverpool, Man United, Man City and Spurs within their first 8 games. Despite their creditable victory over Manchester United they find themselves in 12th place in the table with just 11 points.

Last Saturday saw Brighton return from St James’ Park with 3 points and although perhaps a little fortunate to achieve that result, Chris Hughton’s side will certainly have the confidence boost that a win always gives. Their last home game, against West Ham also resulted in a win for the Seagulls.

During the previous 2 weeks Brighton have had 4 players away on international duty whereas Wolves have seen 9 of their players travel overseas to represent their respective countries.
It’s a moot point that some of the Wolves players should not have been expected to perform after insufficient recovery time when faced with a fresh Watford team but there will be no excuses this week and Nuno Espirito Santo and the traveling Wolves fans will be expecting a positive result from this meeting.

Gem’s prediction: 0-1

You never know Spangles, illness, kidnapping, maybe becoming a Jehovas Witness and giving up their Brighton ticket to me would work...

I’ll look out for Jehovas Witnesses when I wander round the Lanes on Saturday morning.

Video doing the rounds online of the match winning Ennis goal tonight. What a goal. Carried it from inside his own half to 25 yards out then smacked a shot into the top corner

Fantastic goal from Ennis for the 23s tonight.

Villa could be down in 18th tomorrow after defeat at QPR tonight. Odds on Albion, Stoke and Villa spending next season in the champ are looking good at present.

The honeymoon period for the new Villa manager didn’t last long. Them and Stoke really struggling. Blues are just not good enough so it’s left to the Albion to give us a local derby next season and after a couple of setbacks they need a win today. Danny Graham been getting a few goals for Blackburn lately. Nice to see him get another today

Lambert signed for Ipswich. That won’t go down well innorwich

Surprised the ego would take that job as ipsiwch don't have a single good player left since the summer exodus?!
