Whatever the outcome of this terrible tragedy is, and it doesn’t look good right now, I feel it’s appropriate as a Leicester fan to say the only thing I can think of right now - Thank You.
Thank You for taking a club that was drifting in the second tier of English football and for delivering a miracle that likes of which we will never see again
Thank you for buying us, for building us from the ground up
Thank you for writing off the debt associated with the club and for securing our long term financial future
Thank you for purchasing the stadium and for the plans to develop it further
Thank you for looking after us, the fans, as if we were your own family. Free beer, free pies, it was the little things that made everything
Thank you for the local community development you have been a part of
Thank you for providing the funding to build a state of the art training ground
Thank you for sticking with us, for never giving up on us.
Thank you for making my life better. Genuinely
Still clinging on to hope but it’s fading. I’m so sorry for what’s happened and for all those affected including of course the family where my immediate thoughts are right now
This of course goes far beyond football, but I just wanted to express my appreciation for everything you have done
Thank You Vichai

We might of had our issues in terms of rivalry during that astonishing season especially, but when it all comes to a head, we are all united together as a football family in tragic circumstances like this. The guy was a genius to be honest, for his business in Thailand which I witnessed when I was in Thailand a few months back. King power is advertised absolute everywhere. Thoughts are with Leicester and the owners family, plus the other people on board the flight. We can't forget them to.

After learning of the news late last night and trying to comprehend what had tragically occurred and then i come across this post -
Sometimes expressing yourself in your most expressive ways is the only way you can deal with pain, loss, and deep sadness.
No matter what team you support, this is all out of the window now. Some things are just way too much for titter tatter football.
We are all United here for Leicester City and to all those sadly affected. My condolences go to your great club, fans and those who sadly didn't make it.

On this sad day, we stay united with you Leicester city fans
Also RIP Brighton fan, I am very saddened by that one as I was there at the game
Prayers with Hoddle may he recover well and soon.

This is just awful, just been sat at home numb and desperately looking for news, thoughts are with Vichia’s family and also with Glen Hoddles family and fans as well, what a dreadful day.

As a Sheffield Wednesday fan, whose owner is also Thai, I feel your pain. A terrible tragedy.

Well said BS, in every respect. Absolutely tragic. Respect, too, to the fans of all the other clubs who have commented on this and other posts.

Great article. As Merseyside said, I am still holding out hope but the longer no official news comes out, the more inevitable it is that we have lost a great owner and chairman. I cannot actually believe this has happened.

Chairman and four others confirmed by the club to have died.
Absolutely devastating to hear this. They brought so much joy to LCFC with that title win.
Terrible loss and my condolences go out to their families and everyone connected with Leicester.

Beautiful tribute, Black Starr.
I suppose it is scant consolation now that he at least lived to see the crowning moment of all the work he put into the club, but at least he had that I suppose.
Heartfelt condolences to all the LCFC family.
