No. We shouldn’t, but I’ve met quite a few and most were vvankers. Something about the arrogant isolationist type people they are. Unfair, but in my experience weren’t likeable folks. Which is in great contrast to the multiple other nationalities inc French I’ve met.

Not sure that you have given enough reason for a nation of people to be hated like 9 million folk !!!!

Now I know you said you've met a few and f the few you've met some of them were vvankers some were arrogant isolationist

I assume some were none of these things and some were both.

Kind of like ordinary people of just about any nationality really

Though in saying that you think its in contrast to other nationalities.
This is great and very good luck on your part.

Ive met arrogant vvankers, and find where they come from really is irrelevant, as well as completely random.

Went to Eilat several times on 1st holday to Egypt and found the Israelis to be very pleasant people.

I don’t hate them. Not at all. I just met quite a few when travelling and found most to be very arrogant and insular. Admittedly they were the types you find when travelling, usually taking time to explore the world post army duty. This may have contributed to the, I suppose, stereotype, and is not a good cross section of a people to pass any judgement, but that’s what I found. Similar ages of people from all over the world I met, were great, nice folks, but I never found that with the Israelis I met.
