I know the dust has settled on last Saturday but would just like to reiterate how absolutely fckin woeful we were. Rangers spooked us, pressed us high and we shaat it and couldn't deal with it again. Carbon copy of our performance at Easter Rd. The manager got his tactics badly wrong again, with zero physical presence up there, we had no outball and Johnston just got lost in the game(not his fault) He moves our best and most mobile midfielder out of the midfield and to LB too Rangers had 3/4 injury doubts ahead of the game and they all started. Edouard especially should have started. Rodgers said he wasn't sure if he had 90mins in him....surely better to start the game and give us a foothold in it for 60-70mins then change it?
Too many shocking performances to mention individuals but I can't not without mentioning how gutless Ntcham was. Lustig imo shaat it and Boyata decided to completely chuck it. I know the pass from Gordon was a bad one to him at start of 2nd half, but ffs get a grip and help your teammate out and defend it, he decided not to and was throwing his arms up at Gordon whilst the ball was still active and rangers had 2 attempts at goal.
We've seen this type of performance frequently over the last year, it's going to catch up with us at some point and if we don't sort it out this month on and off the park then we could be looking at a very depressing 2nd half of the season. We're still poised and have a slight advantage but we can't afford to roll over and get bullied like we have done on numerous occasions this season.
Tell you one thing too, an 18 year old boy on loan for 6 months is not the answer to our immediate problems either. They are having a laugh if they think so.

January ia fckin grim int it. As cliche as that sounds. It is but.
Just having a look at our fixtures and we play 4 midweeks in a row at home St Mirren 23rd, St Johnstone 30th, Hibs 6th Feb, Valencia 14th. Away to Valencia the week after then away to Hearts the week after that

Was fearing the worst at Pittodrie too. Was some win for us that in the circumstances but at 2-2 with 5mins to go your thinking, here we go again. That 5mins spell was blistering!
4 wins out 11 away though is very very poor. Just as well we are so strong at home. The pitch wasn;t holding up too well at that Dundee game btw for all the money spent on it. Interesting to see how that copes in Jan/Feb with all those games and the impending bad weather we'll get

That's why I gave up the season ticket.. couldn't justify it as I made two games in the entire December/January fixtures and into February too, as they were midweek games.
