Dealing with injured players

Yes it’s not the first time that’s happened either. Very reckless of us to keep trying to get players to carry on when they clearly need to come off

I’m over the result last night. United were far more clinical than us so fair play to them. It’s the constant injuries and mismanagement of injuries that’s more frustrating

Another season and injuries again spoilt us.

No chance of winning anything this season. At best we are getting 6th place again and even that is not a given.

Even with his chin hanging down to the floor, and even with his foot facing 180 degrees in the opposite direction, Koscielny and Sokratis were better options than putting Xhaka and Mustafi in a back 4 together. I don’t blame the staff for hoping they could carry on

Sokratis was a weird one. He couldn't walk yet they sent him back on, and he asked to come off again 5 seconds later

yep really bad luck to lose your centre halves, and trying to keep them both going had a whiff of desperation. Changed the game. The Koscielny one looked awful - but of course no blame to Lukaku - yeah right.

You simply dont know. My impression was that Sokratis tried all to continue.

Finally someone else says what i am thinking. What Lukaku did was basically assault, he knew where Koscielny was and there was no need to kick him in the face like that by swinging his leg back. Not the first time he has assaulted a defender either.

If Campbell got a red card for Solskjaer taking a dive after pretending to run into his elbow from behind years ago then Lukaku should have a 3 match ban for what he did yesterday. Of course, the ref ignored it though. He also gave every half decision to Man Utd all night, just the same thing that the referee did when we outplayed them at Old Trafford in the league earlier this season and should have won.
