This is why we never win trophies ...

'People wish we could win some trophies. But being realistic, we are doing so well. To win a title here in England like the FA Cup or Carabao Cup is about being lucky, not only about quality in your squad.'

Unbelievable. Chelsea won because their squad is so deep they could play two XIs with ease. Subsequently when it came to penalties they had players who can actually strike a ball well to take penalties.

We've had 4 semi finals under Poch. We won one; it was against Sheff U and we very nearly ballsed that up too.

Poch has basically thrown every domestic cup competition since he arrived and I'm fed up about it.

Pochettino has a losers mentality, it is a sure thing that when you start gobbing off to the press about not wanting to win trophies, he is gradually losing the plot.

If you keep playing weakened teams in cup competitions, then of course you won't win anything. I am now of the opinion that Spurs will never win anything with Poch in charge. I was absolutely mortified when I saw the starting XI yesterday.

I think the club are happy to be the new arsenal. Just make money in the top four. They will probably be happy if the new ground is full of tourists like the emerites. If it ever opens.

Wheels look to have been coming off for a while and I feel the injuries, although have not helped, have been a smokescreen and used as an excuse. Chelsea went to Wembley and completely dominated spurs in the first leg of the carabao cup too as your team looked fatigued then. Your team looks completely battered atm and maybe the 1 game a week will help.

We don’t know fully what Poch’s remit or objectives are as set out by the Board, do we?

I don’t think you can say he has a losers mentality at all, more pragmatic in his thinking possibly but I am not privy to his thoughts.

I think above all else it is key that the club secures CL football for next season both from a footballing perspective as well as a financial one.

There are only two ways we can do this, a) win the damn trophy or c) finish in the top 4.

I think that has been rationalised as the best outcome for the club in the immediate short term.

Genius - Tasmania is awesome. Don't bother going to the west coast; it's so far and not that interesting. Spend all your time on the east coast.

Wineglass Bay and that whole national park is probably the most beautiful place I've ever been.

Also do the vineyards up in Apslawn. Particularly Devil's Corner - unbelievably stunning.

Thanks Ginger

We have a few days in the Hobart area and then we are up around Launceston. Trying to stay away from the fires down the southern end of the island
