Grass wind and snow!

No not an earth wind an fire tribute act from Huyton but jergens excuses this season.

What was with the only cleaning the penalty area of snow that Liverpool were shooting at in the second half all about?

Think anyone who’s played the game could tell it wasn’t a fast pitch for our style of play TBF

But why clear the snow at one end only.

And they played on the same pitch.

What’s next to blame

He didn't blame the snow for the draw, he said it affected our tempo and made it harder to play our game. Anyone could see that was true.

Remember Pep saying the ball was too light, as a reason for his teams inability to score a goal.😃

In the game we won not sure how it’s an excuse that you won a game, the league cup ball that year was slated by several managers.

Why did liverpools groundsmen only clear the snow at one end at half time.

The end liverpool were shooting towards?

Can you explain excuse that?

very crafty interpretation of fair play
let the poor foxes slide about in the snow, when they are trying to score ,whilst our forwards will get a decent grip,no one will notice, wink nudge

Weird how not one Liverpool fan will broach that question 🧐

To be fair, most teams do that in terms of preparing the half they are attacking more than they are defending.

We used to under Mancini, we don't anymore as our style relies on the whole pitch being prime for passing.
