wondered if anyone can clarify rules on ground preparation, just seen a report on BBC news that the groundsmen at anfield cleared the snow from the goal area that Liverpool were attacking in the second half last night but not the end Leicester were attacking,is that allowed? and if so surely its an unfair advantage to Liverpool, ie players keeping their feet, ball bounce etc
