You will still see Guendouzi in Mf next wee playing alongside a Torreira or a Xhaka while players like Ozil and Ramsey will be on the bench

I think we have to back him he's decided that the likes of Ozil and Ramsey have no future at the club which in a way I am pleased about for too long under Wenger some these players got a free pass they need to realise things have got to change.

Getting rid of Ozil without having a plan to replace his assists and chances created is stupid to say the least. I get it...not every manager wants to build a team around a creative #10 who does nothing except try to create chances, but Emery has to be realistic enough to understand that the alternative (with this group of players) is even worse. I thought Wenger had an issue bringing out the best from his players, but Emery is not filling me with confidence that he can either. And for those who think he will be able to get his own players...I think you are in for a rude awakening as nothing about Kroenke points to him loosening the purse strings.

Toreirra best midfielder weve had for years
Ozil one of best players in europe for assists and chance creation

yet no one can do better despite us never being this bad with far worse players starting for us. We were playing CL football with Chamakh and Bentdner leading the line ffs

No just truth the only reason we had Cl football then was because the rest of the league was way worse then it is now we gone backwards other teams have improved. Which manager who we realistically could have got would do a better job? You really think Wenger would do any better we’d be even worse under him

The Top 4 trophy had disappeared under Wenger, we are better off this season than last season under Wenger, check the results. Wenger had become an arrogant, clueless donkey, good riddance. I would take Emery over Wenger any day, at least he won something in Europe which Wenger cannot even dream of. Wenger won nothing in his first season at Arsenal.

Godfather loves every defeat because he can say "I told you so". I mean this would never happen under Wenger - oh wait it did.

but the key was that you were calling for his head long before second half of last season where results became poor enough for the sack. you were calling for the sack when he finshed second and winning fa cups but now this dross under Emery is ok

My worry is, assuming we do progress to the last 16, if we perform like that against any other half-decent side left in the competition, the tie could be over in the first leg.

Emery's management of this squad and his tactics has been really poor since Bellerin's initial injury at the back end of December. We've also lost 5 of the last 10 games. And the games we have won haven't all been convincing either.

Just judging by body language on the sidelines Emery appears to be somewhat bewildered. Send him packing at the end of the season, or sooner, and begin yet another re-building program!

How can Spurs lose two of their top players to injury and they don't seem to have missed a beat? Yet Arsenal loses someone like Bellerin and seem to constantly struggle in every game?

Gunners need better talent scouters, not just a new manager. How many "re-building" exercises are they going to mess up before the owners and top management are given a one-way ticket out of town?

5 More points after the same number of league games 1 place higher lost To Östersunds AT HOME last season current projected points are 73 -10 more then last season how was last season better?

Those who weren’t blinded misplaced loyalty could see we were decking under Wenger and would have declined further still had he stayed prehaps Emery won’t be the right man for the job and he and the team need to improve but I’m willing to give till the end of next season to turn it around Klopp didn’t instantly transform Liverpool it took a lot of hard work and time the same will be true for Arsenal be that under Emery or a different manager. If he can get us into the top 4 and challenging for Trophies again it’s a start
