Still the worst team in history

Vidal, I am incapable of understanding for two reasons, I don’t know what it’s like to hold the record of worst team in history, and that supporting your club when they are not good is just a given to me, I don’t feel I need to pay myself on the back for it.

Any fan knows what it’s like to be humiliated. It’s part of supporting a club. It’s how you behave in such situations that defines you. It’s like life in that respect.

WUM fail, basically. But do keep trying. It’s clearly very, very important to you.

Last, the first sentence of the above is very profound, but also very true, i’d just like to say I totally agree with you, an excellent summing up of probably every football fan on Earth. Like you I remember Man City being in league 1 and escaping through the play offs, against Shrewsbury if I remember correctly, do you think people still take the mickey out of them for those days, if so do you think they even care anymore, probably not. I am sure it would be great to be in their position now, but where do they go next. Like you I am looking forward to the future, but I doubt it will be that smooth, but that’s football. Also like you, I will be there, regardless.

When you view Derby's Premiership underachievements in the context of Forest's lowly existence that season, it's akin to comparing the comments of a respectable poster like reddave with the feeble and tawdry wummery of reds_are_everywhere and RFB. It's a whole different league.
