Well done, Scotland

What a magnificent win and what a disgrace that their own fans booed them. Gone are the days when win, lose or draw, half a million Bay City Roller clones would take over a city with smiles on their drink addled faces and leave with bits of goalposts in their pockets.

There's probably more Sir Halfy. But hey, here's what MM said about Doherty:-

The former Sunderland and Ipswich manager started with Matt Doherty on the right wing, in front of captain Seamus Coleman at right-back, but he took the in-form Wolves wing-back off and suggested it is a tactic he will not be repeating.

"It was an experiment that hasn't worked," McCarthy said.

"I said he has been one of the best attacking wing-backs in the Premier League, but has he got a box of tricks to get by people? Probably not.

"If you are a full-back then you are normally coming from behind the ball and maybe there wasn't much space in behind them when they sit in."
---------------------------------------------------------------

The truth is, MM is totally incompetent when it comes to tactics. Nuno plays Doherty to suit the style we play and he has better players around him. McCarthy's tactics do not suit one of our players of the season and will more than likely be 'rested' for their next game, as Coleman is the captain and RB.

Before LoneWolf comes on again and corrects me for where the Doc. played. I admit I was wrong, but in my defence, I made my comments after reading two websites that had him on the left.

You see DJ. I can admit when I've got it wrong, something you're totally incapable of doing.

Can't you just admit to being wrong without resorting to proclaiming your great humility from the rooftops?

Well there's a first. I still never had an apology after posting screenshots proving I hadn't "one-starred" the clown, following his defamatory accusations stating otherwise. I'll leave him to his Mick ramblings...
