Today sums up Spurs perfectly

A second half they completed dominated, should have put the game to bed long before the end, and then the customary feck up at the back gifts Liverpool the game. Totally unfair result, but that is Spurs for you.

This simply cannot keep going on. Somebody has to get hold of this side, and tell them they are a good side, but need to see out games and finish off sides when they are so much on top. Happened against Southampton, now Liverpool, complete domination, yet lost the game.

Anyway we all expected Spurs to lose, so the result was not unexpected, and the performance was really good, but it is all these silly mistakes that are killing any chance of ever winning anything.

Anyway onwards and upwards, still in the top four, five home games and two away games to play, should still be enough.

The positive is that in both the Southampton game and today we have played one half of superb football.

Given our remaining opponents (ex City) if we play like that it's 6 wins.

Hopefully the team can raise their game for the new season

2 superb halves of football (one against crap opposition) scoring 2 goals resulting in 2 losses..... i think you're clutching at straws mate
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We play 45 mins like that against any of our remaining opposition we will be 2 or 3 up.

Taking the emotion out of it, our performance today was very encouraging and I think we should get top 4 from here.

Yes I think our fans are panicking too much, despite all these narrow losses, the team are still top notch, and with 62,000 fans making a right racket, cannot see anything but routine home wins from hereonin. And despite the poor form Spurs still sit 3rd.

In football, It’s often the team that’s struggling that tends to have bad luck or misfortune.
If something bad can happen it usually does. Is that 1 point in 15 now????

I think we have to put the games into context, three of the games were against Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea, and were not outplayed in any of the games. And they played really well at Southampton and lost, and Burnley was a draw minimum. Not like the team has been completely outplayed, they haven`t.

Ted why will playing in front of nearly 60,000 home supporters be an away game?

How many games have the opposition played? Ted, its a fecking football pitch, it`s green, and has two goals nets at either end, a halfway line, four corner flags, and two penalty spots.

That's nice to know Sandy .... I thought perhaps Levy would short change us on the number of flags and penalty spots!
What are the wind characteristics in this state-of-art stadium?
Also, has Levy short changed the dimensions of the pitch?
Wembley, for example, was a larger pitch than the old WHL, wasn't it?

Pi55 poor from Toby and Hugo in the last few minutes. And are we actually paying Ericsson? I guess I should be grateful he scuffed the ball to lucas to score.

First of all, Spurs could have put the game away in the second half which they completely dominated. On the other hand, the Spurs goal should never have been allowed because the balling was rolling, not still, when Kane made that great quick pass! The free kick should have been re-taken.
