If you think anyone but McTominay/Fred was the best player tonight, you need to re-evaluate if football is the sport for you

Fred has done reasonably well in his last couple of European outings. Pace seems to suit him better. McTominay was probably our best player though, I agree with that. Problem though is that our attacking play was woeful and at times Lindelof looked very shaky at the other end. When you lack quality at both ends of the pitch, it's difficult to get results at the highest level, which has often been the case against the better league teams too

those ratings are spot on imo

Once barca got the ball out of their defence we could not touch them. We were to afraid or unable to engage them in midfield so defended the edge of our 18 yard box.

Barca imo did not even need to get out of 2nd gear while utd hoofed and poofed
