Looks like we will be saved a board meltdown with a Tottenham/Liverpool final now looking a remote possibility.
On the two semi-finals, it shows you how 90 minutes of football does not always tell the full story. Although I think Spurs only have about a 10/20 per cent chance of progressiong to the final, I suppose at 1-0 down, after not playing that well, they are still very much in the tie. Liverpool on the other hand, although they played well, have like a 1 per cent chance of progressing. Football as they say is a funny old game, and there still may be a few twists and turns before the finalists are finally named.

Liverpool have it all to do but it’s not impossible, would be foolish to write them off entirely as you never know.
Spurs are also up against it, but just down to the number of goals involved you’d have to fancy our chances a bit more than Liverpool’s.

Yeah spurs very much in the tie still, whilst liverpool are its going to be a lot harder but they can easily turn it on and score a few, writing any of them off is silly

Not in this case they don`t. Barca are not going to let a three goal slip, living in a dreamworld if you think that. If anything the lead will probably be extended.

Yes, well I gave them exactly what everybody else did no chance, as did the bookies, made no difference anyway, they limped out next round.
