Congratulations Spurs & Liverpool

Both clubs seem to have built a rivalry (on here at least) over recent years and I personally believe a big part of that is how similar they are.

Tottenham and Liverpool are run so well, they genuinely built their success and what they're doing IS a massive success - I don't give a fack whether one finishes the season without a trophy.

Success is achieving results based on what you have at your disposal. For some clubs success is finishing 17th and staying up, others it's winning the treble.

For Tottenham to consistently finish top four and now make the CL final given the sacrifices made for the new stadium is outstanding.
For Liverpool to make two CL finals back to back and give a League campaign that is so incredibly relentless is outstanding.

Only a couple of weeks ago it was City for the quad, a club who while they've not spent badly there is no consequence or risk, no selling stars to reinvest - they are unlimited money. They should be miles away from the rest of the English clubs but Tottenham and Liverpool are saving English football.

The heart and soul throughout the squad is more evident than ever, it's incredible. Klopp always wears his heart on his sleeve, you can tell that transmits to the players.
Poch though last night, I've never seen anything like that, forget all club rivalries that is why football is special.

Thank you, Congratulations, Enjoy it

Sorry to hear that Eighties
Just the football alone over the past two days even for fans with no affiliation to either club has conjured up incredible emotions. Am sure that's multiplied several times over for someone like yourself, enjoy it and enjoy the memories of everything and everyone associated with it

Sorry for your loss!

Hope the successes of Liverpool and Spurs getting to CL final can help you alleviate your pain a bit 👍

Since fourth spot is pretty much assured what should be our approach to the Everton match?
Rest Moura and Son and Sissoko ......
or play the full team and risk an injury?

Myself, I'd prefer to focus on getting the best team ready for Madrid.

The way Liverpool came back against Barca was incredible but what happened for Spurs in the group stage (almost didn't make it) and against City n Ajax it kind of feels like it's meant to be for them.

Absolutely bonkers season.

Could say the same about Liverpool last season, it all seemed to fall into place in our run to the final.

But then we lost

Beware the risks of resting players - Barca rested all 11 for their last league match. Momentum can be hugely important.

We almost didn't make it too. Terrible away form in the group nearly costs us. Had to beat Napoli either 1-0 or by 2 clear goals in the final game. Allison's save in stoppage time got us through.

Both teams have had a similar journey.

You wait for one miracle and two come along at once. Football - a pig's bladder and gravity.

Thank you Will be able to enjoy the Final regardless, even though I want Spurs to win of course.
Let's hope it's a classic and no iffy decisions, VAR etc. One thing I can't stand in the game is bad sportsmanship, faking injuries (fouls), etc. If it follows on from anything like the last two nights then we will be in for a treat
