This useless cant must have been delighted when Rangers got gubbed in the quarters so he could referee another SC cup final. He hasn't refereed a Rangers game since they complained about him.....incredible lack of backing from the governing body yet he is rewarded with the final....why? If he isn't good enough to referee a Rangers game then how can he get the biggest single gig for a referee in Scotland? He will be crap for both teams but I am more worried about this balloon than Hearts.....

Collum is one of several terrible referees in Scotland. That said, I watched the Derby vs Leeds game and the ref for that was very very poor for both sides.
