I have been chatting with Mr Bushmills tonight, and he has alerted me to the predicament facing Signor Corberan. Corberan has had a stellar season with the young fellas, and will be champing at the bit to take on the Senior Team. We made the mistake of promoting Redders to the first team from the academy when he wasn't ready for it and we ended up losing him. I would hate for the same thing to happen to Corberan.
Corberan will have learned a lot from Bielsa, who is tactically and technically, the best in the division. But does he have the charisma of Farke or the street credibility of Wilder?
In the end, I think, that personal warmth, that indefinable 'do it fo me' spirit was not part of his style, and he couldn't get the players to die for him, and for us.
Would they they crawl barefoot through Barnsley in February for Corberan? How do we take advantage of what both these talented men have to offer?
