Wunter Under Meijer, the respected German publication has come across a top secret dossier from European football governing body UEFA, regarding the Champion League Final that was contested at the Wanda Metropolitan stadium in Madrid, Spain by football teams Liverpool FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC.
In the document it is revealed that Tottenham Hotspur FC was immediately under investigation on possession charges on the night of the 1st June 2019. Further in the document it states that Spurs showed a total disregard for the opposition as well as the innocent fans as they took numerous shots in the venue.
The investigation took a drastic turn when manager Mauricio Pochettino was caught on camera stating the following, “I will look stupid to say that we have the possession and we shoot 9 or 8 times on target and they fall". Head investigator Louis Tuneel reacted quite alarmingly to the manager’s claims and immediately sent a task force to the home side’s away dressing room to search for the weapons.
However later on it is revealed that the investigation came to an abrupt close as the head investigator later discovered that Spurs were in fact shooting blanks and caused no harm to either the opposition team or the fans.
I’m not surprised to be honest…

The investigation further revealed that in the night before the finals FSG sent out two lorries full of $100 bills to an address in Switzerland and further enquiries show that the address belongs to the referee on the night.
It seems FSG have secured the services of the referee to give them the victory as FSG were informed Liverpool would struggle to get significant shots on target during the match.
As it turned out, Liverpool are the lowest shots on target winners with a despicable 3 shots on target including a penalty.

For the record, I think that, on the night, Spurs were the better team. Their possession, passing, play far outweighed our team's efforts.
But, we scored, they didn't. It was one of those games where I waited for the world to be set alight, a la Barca at Anfield, but it just didn't happen.
Lady Luck got out of her bed and did it for the boys. And about time to ...
