So the latest rumours are that PSG want 300 million Euros for Neymar.
Does anyone agree that if someone pays that, it will be the worst transfer deal since Liverpool paid £35m for Andy Feckin Carroll?
I'm not denying that he's a good player; he is. Probably top 5 in the world. However, he comes with an inane amount of baggage:
He's regularly injured
The rape allegation
His attitude stinks
He dives all the time
He has to be centre of attention (left Barca because he didn't like being second fiddle)
Often fails on the biggest stage (see PSG in the Champions League or Brazil in the World Cup)
I know the market is insane at the minute, but 300 million Euros could buy 4 or 5 quality players that could be a game changer for any team in the world.

This would be another one just like Jose from a manager perspective and Pogba where you have to weigh the baggage that comes with them against the good of the team and their undoubted talent.
I would always stay way form the baggage if it is bad now that we don't have SAF to guide these people.

Or in the CL when he was injured against both Madrid & Utd in the knockout games in the last two seasons?
Or more when he won the CL?

But to say he fails on the biggest stage is unfair.
He lead the Barca fight back against PSG in the CL semi and scored in the final.
To say he is prone to injuries is fair, to say he fails on the big stage probably isn't.
