There is no way they are a Glasto headline act.
I enjoyed most of it, but there was some cringe moments.
I love The Cure ... but

1st band I went to see.
Was 14 I think, black album tour maybe 92.
Was great. 2nd gig was megadeth, I'm a fan of both and I need to see that documentary too. Don't know how if managed to miss it.

Saw them first in 1989. Have seen them now in 11 countries including Ireland which will become 12 in August when I see them in Warsaw.
The documentary is worth a watch. See mustaine has revealed he’s battling throat cancer?

Yeah saw that. Apparently it's quite common risk for metal signers.
Don't know if you like avenged sevenfold but their change in musical direction when they released city of evil was because the singer had a throat cancer scare. Was told he would get it unless he changed Vocals. Turned out he could actually sing.
Absolutely loved that album, some crazy stories from that band too

The Glastonbury organisers must be laughing all the way to the bank this year. That was an Asda line up on a Waitrose ticket price

Didn't realise who it was at the time as that sort of stuff isn't my thing but Damon Albarn was on tv last night with his band (not Blur, something else). Had to Google who the hell was singing as his voice was flat as a pancake and the music was utter rubbish.

If Kylie Minogue and Tom fckin Jones can headline, why not The Love Cats.
Shows what a load of keech Glastonbury is these days. Marginally better than Eurovision but only jusy.
Put Michael back in charge. Used to do business withhim. Great guy.
