Frank won’t stand any players not putting a shift in and mugging him off

He’s done it all the game and has the medals to prove it

The transfer ban could work in his favour in a weird way that he plays some of the kids because he can justify it

Well apart from the fact Chelsea are under a transfer ban and Utd aren't. So by your own logic, Ole will get his players in and get a pre-season but Lampard can't; he'll just have to cope with what he has and that includes them selling their best player.

Surely it follows that more would be expected of OGS?

What?? Seriously?? They have been carried by Hazard for 3 seasons. Now he's gone and cant be replaced they are in the weakest position of all top 6 clubs. They'll be embarrassed massively in the CL without Hazard!

So long as Frank finishes top 6 during the ban period then he'll be fine. It'll take a massive c'ck up for Chelsea to fall further than that.

The test will come when he's able to spend money and expectations begin rise. How big a say is he going to have in recruitment?

He's a hard guy not to like imo. Hope he does well.

I agree he's hard guy not to like, but I think anyone coming into Chelsea is on a hiding to nothing. Losing their best player and not been able to replace is a massive job!

But not just their best player. If we are all honest he's carried them through the last few seasons to the point i worry about their top 6 spot, never mind top 4!

I'm not so sure. Who's gonna the score goals or get the assists? Before you answer check Hazard stats from last season. But I could be wrong.
