Arsenal

Allegedly one of the richest clubs in the world.

Mug their fans off annually with the highest season ticket prices in England.

All while struggling to finish fourth. Couldn't even win the easiest Premier League season in history.. Beaten by Leicester No Champions League football. Always losing their better players to Man City and other clubs. Even Man Utd who they used to compete with decades ago (Sanchez, RVP). Aging squad too.

And they can't afford to buy anyone. Newcastle, yes Newcastle just spent £40m on a second striker (he has to be with his scoring record). Yet "super-rich" Arsenal haven't, and seemingly can't afford to spend a penny.

What is the actual point in that football club? They're easily the biggest joke in football. Why anyone would support them is beyond me.

They used to have a fancy new stadium to brag about, but even that has been trumped many times over by their closest rivals of all people. Spurs stadium makes High.. Sorry, the Emirates (doesn't even have it's own name ffs) look dated already Especially with the random wee clock that they pinched from Highbury and plonked randomly at the top of the new stand, miles from where anyone can actually read it.

So aye, can we just bin them please?

Yep, a bit too injury prone for my liking, and likely what's holding up the transfer, hopefully you get to keep him.

I would be very happy with that, another couple of years then he can go

He’s hardly Jack Wilshere ffs.

So you must understand Tierney isnt "worth" more than £25m max.
We would be stupid to pay more, and you would be stupid not to accept it. We all know it will happen in the next two weeks, Celtic are just playing games.

He's worth what we value him at.

In the current market that is £25m at the minimum.

Not our fault Arsenal can't afford that

I think it's too much of a risk at the moment due to his injury record, I would rather Celtic kept him because of that. Never know maybe others will be interested in him soon, I'm not sure why they are not at the moment.

Injury record?

He's had a broken leg (not his fault)

Couple other injuries due to people halfing him, because he's too good for our league.

And then he played half a season with a double hernia.

Double hernia aside, any injuries he's had have been due to the nature of Scottish football and the fact he's had the living daylights kicked out of him 😂

Didn't actually mean to post that on this thread, but I guess in a way it's relevant.

Ridiculous the difference in money between the SPL and the EPL clubs.

Like any player, he's worth what someone will pay for him - if he's available for sale at that price.

Right now that's £25Mish with arguments about the structure of the deal. If someone offers and pays £30M then he's worth £30M just like Obi Wan Bissaka is worth £50M
