EDIT: Thanks for the help everyone that commented!
Can anyone help me out with some advice please?
I'm going to be in Spain for a month in September, and plan to be in Madrid between the 13th-23rd, during which time there are the following two games I'd like to go to:
- Real Madrid Vs Levante (14th Sept)
- Atletico Madrid vs Celta Vigo (22nd Sept)
Does anyone know the best way to get tickets for these matches? I presume as they are not big game fixtures, I won't need to buy them online in advance etc? Can I pick them up at the stadium, from within the city at a tourist office etc?
Anyone that can share any knowledge on this, it would be much appreciated!

When I was in Barca I booked tickets online but there’s was loads of merchants around the city selling them.
Possibly similar in Madrid.

I found loads of tour places sold Barca tickets. Assume Madrid tickets will be similar.

Might be able to buy tickets from the official sites to be honest, they aren’t high profile games.

Years ago I went to Barcelona and picked up a ticket a day before a game vs Betis or something.
I don’t think Barca or Real sell out their stadiums much, might be wrong.

The ticket I bought was at the Nou Camp and not some random seller.

With Valencia you can just go on their website and buy tickets as you would say, a gig from ticketmaster. Id imagine it’s the same for a non big Madrid game

The Bernebeu holds more that 80k and their avg attendance last year was 60k.
Walk up 10 mins before the game and you’ll likely be grand
