Xhaka level article

Yeah he's clearly not top quality, just the fact he's made Xhaka captain proves to me he's not the right man long term. The main positives are signings and getting rid of deadwood but he doesn't have much say in that anyway. I still think we'll make top 4 this year but I'd rather go for a manager with a more attacking style and clear idea of how we want to play.

Im pretty sure arsenal were the better team yesterday and if not for a leno flap would have probably won the game....

Making Xhaka captain is staggeringly poor management. Emery must have amateur levels of judgement when it comes to assessing player quality. He may have a high level of skill in other areas though

Some might argue that they are of similar level and, for a team with ambitions of climbing up the league table (despite Emery's best efforts to screw that up), they aren't really they players to help that.

I, personally, would have kept Iwobi and moved Mkhitaryan on.

There are definitely fair question marks over Emery. He'll get this season (or atleast until our full backs are fit) to try and change that, but personally I would be looking in the background for somebody else. Hope he can prove otherwise

I am sorry but this guy just isn't top quality. His posts are baffling and always has to rely on appealing to the children on here to get anything out of WUMs.
