I've never rated either Pogba or Ozil as highly as others do....they look good in already dominant teams and against opposition that aren't competitive or tactically astute. Sometimes they still look terrible in these teams and get carried. I mention Ozil just to give an example of what i consider to be a modern day luxury player.
They do have moments in big games very rarely.....but I put this down to a bit of circumstance and luck/timing where their talent or instinct shows. Sometimes it just falls for you.
