We need new manager horrendous.

Unlike rival teams we don’t look like a team so where do we lay the blame other than clueless Spaniard anyone who defends this rubbish being served need their head examined I am not bothering this rubbish week in week out.

Most Prem managers would do a better job than Emery. He is completely out of his depth and should be fired tomorrow.

I don't think a change of manager will help now. It would take players a few months to get used to tactics of new manager so I think it could get worse. That being said - I think the club should start putting into place a succession plan for Emery around March next year. Either way - sack now or wait until May - the end result will be the same. We will miss out on top four whoever is in charge. I have advocated Emery in the past but have huge doubts about him now. The issue for me is not to sack him now.

Excuses like the last manager dithering will cost us Emery is the reason we look lost we can do better than this no effort and crap

Any manager could come in and start by playing our best players in their best positions and we'd do better. Ozil, Holding, Torreira should all get plenty of game time in the league which they are not.

How the faaack can we get worse. This is relegation form. Apart from Standard Liege and Frankfurt I haven't seen one convincing performance all season. We have been terrible all season.Half the stadium singing the We've got Ozil song . Atmosphere is turning toxic against Emery and Xhaka. Emery needs to go now. Bring in a caretaker manager until the end of the season.

Who ? Freddie ? And what if he fails? Who exactly do you thing we would get? I'm saying that he should go in May but the board need to start preparing in new year (earlier the better) to get a decent replacement. Lots of snowflakes in our fan base want to fire him now. Ok so we might get a reaction and a few results but short term ist views like yours will not solve the issues. I share your fustration and agree he needs to go. But if you read my post the timing is where we differ.

What's the point of prolonging the inevitable? You're only doing yourself more damage in that case when you could bring a new manager in immediately who if the right choice could turn things around quickly.

It defies logic to keep bashing your head up against a wall for another few months or until the end of the season. Better to get to the root of the problem immediately and that is Emery.

I think people are underestimating the significance of what Xhaka did. He's very popular with the players, who might now start to turn against the fans.

Between that and Özil, Emery might end up unsettling a lot of our players.

For the first time since I've started following this club, we are in crisis.
