This Squad, realistically,

I can't see us winning too many of the big face offs with our usual rivals, but we seem capable of picking up substantial points from the rest, hopefully a good recipe for top 4 consolidation. Something I thought unlikely this season. Well done lamps so far. Well done boys

Couldnt disagree more about the first part any how. Should have had something Vs Pool, and both United games we were the better team but either lost out due to a freak worldie fk from no where or United actually being able to find the target on the only 4 chances they made....

But we didn't get anything. Fine lines I know but in those games that's the deal. And although we've shown we can compete, we also haven't found a way to get these games done.

I can, with Kante available in the side. Can't be understated how significant a loss he is (even in a current great form).

Also Reece knocking on the door.
Only the unfortunate injury setback stopped him from being an established first-choice starter now.

The comfortability & difference at which RJ plays out from the back and switches play is of the highest standard (night & day relative to Azpi), levels ahead of anything Azpi can produce.
Will change the dynamics in attack, with his productivity.

Jorginho captain and RJ at RB is a foreshadowing sign of things to come, in the very near future.
Only a matter of time before Frank fully unleashes him.

And by Kante available, I mean Kante at his optimum fitness and capacity (which we haven't seen this season).

A bit unfortunate with injuries to key players thus far in the season, extremely pleased we’re coping very well.

Pleasantly surprised at how quickly Lamps is implementing his style of football, direct and aggressive, very exciting to watch fir neutrals as well. Obviously, there’s still a lot of work to do, imminently learn how to close the games out.

The busy Christmas schedule is fast approaching, and we need all our players back and fit to maintain the gap going into the next part of the season.

Looking forward to see how it will pan at the end of the season.

We have had 2..........not exactly the best pool of stats to come from is it? Hardly grounds for "I don't think we will win these" do you?
