Mourinho spent c£400m at Man Utd and then claimed he wasn't backed before getting the sack. I wonder how a manager that demands spending wherever he goes is going to interact with Levy.

It's not about trophies but about top 4.
Levy knows Spurs are underperforming. They have the players to achieve top 4 and there is still time to do it.
